The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2015 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 18,000 times in 2015. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 7 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

Happy New Year! Here’s a look at my 2015. I had so much fun blogging this year and hope this new year brings more bookish opportunities. Special shout-out to my top commenters: Lauren @ Always Me, Katherine @ I Wished I Lived in a Library, Carolyn @ A Hundred Thousand Stories, Claudia @ My Soul-Called Life, and Jo @ Book Lover’s Blog. You gals are amazing!
Merry Christmas to everyone! I hope your day if full of pleasant surprises and quality family time. I’ll be spending the day with my family, probably eating far too much and playing a bunch of board games which always brings out the competitive side in all of us (it gets pretty intense). I probably won’t be responding to comments today and will largely be absent from social media, but I did want to give you all a little message.
I’m so thankful for all the wonderful people in my life this holiday, this includes YOU. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. Here’s a little bookish tree to put a smile on your face this holiday. Merry Christmas!
I’ve sustained a rather cumbersome injury today (dog bite; casualty: my left middle finger). It isn’t terribly bad, but it looks like I’ll be wearing a splint for some time which make this two-handed typer rather annoyed and also it’s kind of painful. It’s quite hard typing with one hand, so I might just take the next few days off from blogging. I do have a book haul post scheduled for tomorrow, so you can expect to see that. The end of the month usually means I’m posting like crazy to get everything done before I do a monthly wrap-up, and at this point I’m not sure how I’ll be going about that. I’ll still be responding to comments, but I’ll more than likely keep it short and sweet.
If you ever see me follow you and start questioning your sanity because you were pretty sure I was already following you before, you’re not crazy. Lately, I’ve had to re-follow (is this a word?) a few blogs because wordpress for some reason has unsubscribed me from some of you. Anyone else having this problem? I might have to write down everyone I follow and keep the list separate because this is getting ridiculous!
