Eek! The cover of Poison’s Kiss by Breeana Shields gives me the chills. I don’t like snakes. *shivering* I’m intrigued by Heartstone by Elle Katharine White. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on this one. Great list, Alicia!

No snakes for Lonna, got it. I’m not very fond of things that slither or crawl for that matter. Heartstone is like a dream comes true: Pride & Prejudice & Dragons.

How could I forget to add When Dimple Met Rishi to my list as well! 🙂

The Daughter of the Pirate King caught my eye, mostly because I’m a sucker for pirate-themed books. Sadly, however, I keep getting burnt by them. Maybe this time around, it’ll be better (wishful thinking)? Actually, perhaps I should simply write one such pirate-themed book myself! Then, at least, I should be happy with it! Also, now that I look closer at your list, Heartstone sounds really interesting, too, but I already have way too many books waiting to be read. Oh, well, lets’s add some more from this great list of yours!

There aren’t too many pirate novels that I like, but I’m always intrigued by the concept. Heartstone is a delicious combination of Pride & Prejudice and dragons. I’m finding it really hard to resist. My TBR has increased a lot this week thanks to this topic.
